What the fuck RyanAir - Оmnisciеnt - Aug 4, 2014

So, I am going to Latvia in a few weeks and I checked my tickets I booked, and the return date is in October. I'm pretty sure I did not pick a 2 month return date. So, I either have to pay £260 to change the date, or I can just book a new return flight that costs less.

I know which one I'm doing.

Wouldn't be paying for either if it was the companies fault.

But, how can I tell it was there fault? They can just say I picked the wrong date.

Shouldn't you be checking and verify all that before you actually get the tickets?

Kinda your fault for only realizing now.

If it legitimately was there error, then just explain it to them. If they don't budge, say you will be cancelling all flights and going to another airline. That you demand a full refund and that you will not be paying cancellation fees due to the fact that it was there error, and weren't willing to solve it. Threaten them to go to an Ombudsman. Will work anytime.

You should just stay for the 2 months and make the most of it :p
