Oh wow! A new looking, non generic design. I really like it, and specially the way you did the header. Keep practicing and always be creative with your design ideas.

I don't like the seperators or the top bar on the main form. I do however appreciate the fact that you're trying something outside the box. Nice to see some creativity once in a while.
The rest of the controls all look very nice so good job!

Reminds me a lot of the perplex theme, just with a few darker variations. It has a few areas that could be given more detail (embossing, gradients, etc) but it's still nice as-is.
Edit: I can't read. Perplex was already mentioned. Oh well...

Already mentioned about Perplex theme in OP... already used gradients on Header & buttons (will try gradients look better)... Will look into embossing... Thanks for tip...

I like the theme. Love how he did the form control button. and the header and icon. That something new. Keep up the good work on the outstanding themes.. But I would say it would look better blue/white with some gradients in it. Not saying the colors are bad..
