A way to resize a borderless form without code:
1. Remove Me.Text (Put "").
2. Change Me.ControlBox = False
3. Change Me.FormBorderStyle = Sizable

Done. Move code is easy to search on Google:

Private dragCursorPoint As Point
Private dragFormPoint As Point

Private Sub FormMain_MouseDown(sender As Object, e As MouseEventArgs)
    dragging = True
    dragCursorPoint = Cursor.Position
    dragFormPoint = Me.Location

Private Sub FormMain_MouseMove(sender As Object, e As MouseEventArgs)
    If dragging Then
        Dim dif As Point = Point.Subtract(Cursor.Position, New Size(dragCursorPoint))

Nobody cares if it's longer or not, I think you don't understand. This thread is pointless and useless. Oh and btw:

How is it useless, ofcourse he could've just posted his way, but I'm kinda sure that people would've said 'Everyone knows this..' and things like that, while when he asks for it, nobody knows it. Anyway, you don't have to define something in order to set it as false?

Come on man, stop it, will ya ? Don't you understand that this is NOT a challenge, you can find this on any beginner YouTube tutorial, any. If you are going to be doing challenges, do something a bit harder.
