Help in making a Web Browser in VS - RaeX - Aug 25, 2014

I am making a web browser in Visual Studio 2013.
I want to give it a function that can store the login credentials i.e username and password.
So when the page asks for login my browser automatically logs in.
How to do that?????
If there is any specialist in VB please help me 👍

Don't bother, do better things with your time. Creating a webbrowser in vb would be terrible idea if you're using the webbrowser component. Your browser will be as good as Internet Explorer. And that's bad.

Its not a web browser actually....actually i need a software that automatically logins in a certain page.

Well I know this might not be the best way, but make it detect the URL. If the URL contains facebook then load up a pair of login credentials.

Also going off of what Odus said, on the event of the webbrowser doing (DocumentCompleted) or something like that(aka the web page finished loading) check I the URL contains the correct address then it's a cake walk. Just fill in the required elements, click login and your done.

this is a bad idea for the reasons outlined above. perhaps if you are more specific about what you are trying to achieve we could suggest a better method?

Maybe he dont know how to save id and pw?
If this is the problem , use my.settings.

Just use Google Chrome, it's better than any webbrowser anybody can make in VS.
