IRC Botkiller - kills majority of HF IRC Bots - spdy - Aug 25, 2014
I wrote this botkiller because i was bored.
Basically it takes a snapshot of all the processes then scans them based on signatures.
Most IRC Bots have the protocol in plaintext or encoded with base64.
I've taken account for both plaintext & base64 in this
Run as administrator to prevent BSOD if the IRC Bot is a critical process.

If you're using an IRC Bot and this botkiller kills it your irc bot's ability to hide itself is quite fucking shit. Probably a public C&P bot to be honest.
