[Suggestion] Splitting the Cryptography section in two | Hash Cracking & File crypt - Niely - Aug 26, 2014

Hello

Well.
In the Cryptography section you have two kind of threads:
1) Hash cracking
2) vb.NET made crypters

Of course, those differ a lot.
I personally want to learn and get more into cryptography but that's hard because the whole Cryptography section is filled with:
"[Survey] G3t my Pr0 FUD Cr1pter - vb.NET"
Not that there is anything wrong with those programs/threads, but it's still annoying for people who want to focus on real hashing and real cryptography.

So, maybe we could make a sub-section, in a sub-section and split it in:
1) Hashing and Cryptography methods/cracking
2) File crypting
(Just examples)

Where the first one is for hashing etc and the second one for those crypters.
This way people who want to get a crypter can just go to the File Crypting section and the people who want hashes cracked/want to learn real Cryptography can visit the hashing section. 👍

Again, I'm not saying that those free vb.NET crypters are bad, some of them are quality and are pretty useful as well (If you got Windows... 😖 ), They're just a bit annoying because you don't know which threads are worth to check + the real learnful hash-cracking threads get to the second, third, or even fourth page.

Not will it only help people to find interesting threads, but it'll also help people who want a hash cracked to get a reply earlier. Or just a reply over all.
I often see threads about hash-cracking/some asking for hash-cracking support disappear to the second page with null replies, so it will also help experienced people to provide support with hash-cracking (Earlier + easier see which threads goes about hash-cracking on first page, instead of third or fourth). ;)

Anyway,
Just an idea. :)

Niely
