How late is too late to get into sports? - Evoked - Sep 4, 2014 I'm heavily considering trying to get into college sports, first let me give you a little background. I'm skinny as fuck. Take your definition of skinny and multiply it x5. I'm around 6'4 and 135 lbs. I swear I have the metabolism of a god. I can eat 4,000 calories and not move every day and not gain weight. Despite being skinny I've always been in some sort of sports, I've played baseball since I was 5, I wrestled all 4 years in highschool, I played basketball until freshman year of highschool. I'm decently good at sports for whats I've been given. I finished wrestling with a record of 24 and 8, which is pretty good considering everyone was twice my size at 138. Baseball I throw upper 70's/low 80's from the mound. I've been a pitcher/3rd basemen my whole life. Now my question is that if I were to work my ass off and bulk to about 180-200 would it be worth it? Could I become a good college athlete? Or is it too late since I've already passed highschool? * - Shot Caller - Sep 4, 2014 With the right training and the right diet you could bulk 50 lbs within a few months, you will just have to work at it really hard and keep to it. * - StA_Wiesbaden - Sep 4, 2014 I was 10 months ago 5'5 and 103 lbs (17 years). After eating so much shit and training, I'm @ 5'5 and 124lbs. Just eat much and train. I'm not happy yet but the look of my body improved A LOT. * - Evoked - Sep 4, 2014 That's another thing I want. I look incredibly stupid. I'm scrawny as hell. |
