Just buy a booter from the marketplace, they work perfectly most of the time.
Search "lifetimeboot", it's pretty cheap and can take down a home connection.
Always be behind a VPN with no logs when DDoSing, I suggest KnightVPN (knightvpn.info), it's advertised here on HF if you want to see a thread on it. Good luck OP.

DDOS isn't hacking, I wish the DDOS threads didn't get posted here.
It's not that hard to launch an attack for whatever reason, stressers are not expensive and many can be found in the Server Stress Testing sub-forum which can be found in the link below.
