This is a theme that one would sell for $10+ and I made it to give it out for free. Appreciate it! You're welcome. And yes, both fonts are included along with the PSD. Use it at your own will, just PLEASE do not claim it as yours as that is my biggest pet peeve.

The line on the bottom of the "base" is a 1px line with Filter > Motion Blur applied to it and Color Overlay + Outer Glow.

The line on the top that goes on the side of the base is a stroke on the base with gradient applied to it and a -90* drop shadow for the glow with a distance applied so it doesn't drop shadow doesn't show from the bottom.

Download the PSD and take a look at it.
