Hello hackforums.
I have this idea that could help us all.
I know staff doesn't gets involved but read this:
Example:
User1 scams user2.
User2 opens dispute and has solid evidence.
User1 doesn't pay back, even though there is evidence available
User1's userbar gets changed to something like "Warning: This user has scammed people in the past"
It will be so that he can't change it, and it will link to the deal dispute.
Once deal has been resolved, title gets removed again.

There is already a Scammers Database userscript, and staff don't deal with scam reports so I don't think this will be added.

There is a userscript created by Xerotic called the HF Scammer Database. That can help you with this. HF does not get involve with deals/disputes.
