Best paid crypter: its depend on your budget there is alot crypter available in market from $5 to $50/$60
if u really need a very long lasting FUD then go for some private crypter not sharing one

Free Rat I would say DC. Paid one I would say Nanocore. For Crypters, just look yourself in this Section. Cryptography, Encryption, and Decryption
