Like the title says. If you have a good idea but are not sure how to move forward or dont have the means like money or coding experience to move forward let me know. Pm me with your idea, what experience you do have, if you've already started or not and any other details.
I've started 4 projects in the past year and looking to expand. Project budgets are anywhere from 1000$ - 10,000$. Obviously if you can also put up money of your own the budget can be bigger.

So far had some interesting ideas pm'd to me. Still looking for more. I should mention though that at this time I am not interested in things like warez sites or botnet production, etc.
