It is your problem i'ts in your video, atleast put credits in the description or something and get rid of the "(No Copyrighted Music)" portion in the title. I'm pretty sure you can get in trouble for that and if not it's kinda fucked up, Other than that good grief.

Is his video monetized ? I don't think it is.
If it's not, what music he uses dosnt matter much.
