[Before I begin, I would just like to make it clear that this thread isn't for VB6 bashing or bashing people who use it.]
[Secondly, The VB6 Runtime will be supported until 2024, so VB6 is still a very usable Programming language.]
Download:
I'm sure if you look around, you can find a clean Installation of the Visual Basic 6.0 IDE to install.
Learning:
Fire up Google and search: "106 Visual Basic Ebooks". You might have to delete some .NET ebooks from the Collection.
Skins:
"Xtreme suite Pro 15.3.1" as a Google search should get you started with the much known bss-black Theme.
