[Tutorial] How to setup an VPS Booter - Xenious - Sep 30, 2014
Hello,
I will be showing you how to make an VPS Booter, Hope this tutorial will be helpfull!
If you dont trust any of these links/downloads, Dont download
1, Buy an VPS, I suggest: http://www.ovh.ie/ Never had problems with them
1.2, Order an CentOS Vps
2, Wait for the details of your VPS To get into your email
3, Download PuTTy You can download it here: http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html

4, Open up PuTTY, Enter your details.
5, Download WinSCP You can download it here:
http://winscp.net/eng/download.php
6, Open up WinSCP, Enter the detail there as well
7, Now you need an script, I will provide some scripts you can download below

8, If you use Slap Perl Script Then go into WinSCP And put the Slap.pl file into the /root folder
8.1, If you are using Xtreme then open the folder i provided in the RAR File and drag all of those files into the /root folder
8.2 After you dragged all of the Xtreme files into the /root folder then right click the files and be sure to have these setting enabled on all of the files:

9, Close PuTTY, Reopen PuTTY Login Enjoy!

Nice TUT, But you can't attack with all servers because company will block the server.

Using OVH for send DoS attacks, you have no idea what are you doing for sure.
Don't do this until you want to get VPS suspend and probably legal issues with OVH Company because you should verify yourself when buying with OVH such as Picture ID and another documents.

I made this tutorial when I didn't really know alot about the hosts. Will update it.

You need an host that allows ddossing and ip spoofing.
vps9 allows both, but you would have to take a look around HF because there are some good dedi's on HF.

This was very helpful in Centos VPS'S But i do have another question, Using this website is there a chance of getting Caught And! If i was looking for a VPS "Booter" would i be looking for 1GBPS Internet speed? If someone could answer this i would be thankful and another thing, WHY CENTOS? Out of all the other operating systems?

All your questions can be solved with common sense. Of course there's a chance to get caught, although it's likely companies will do shit based on how easily they can just suspend you and that be over with. Yes you want to get a 1gbit port so you can send as much data as possible.
That being said, raw udp is the least efficient method to dos from, and I recommend you just buy a stresser based on my observation of you having little knowledge of networking.
