I messaged him on Skype 2 hours before his last online time. He is shown offline for me now.
The service was requested 23 hours 14 minutes ago.
There's nothing wrong with my exe either. I tried the crypted one on a virtual machine and it worked fine.

You have a lot of fake vouches and unhappy customers.
You'd probably want to give out a vouch copy to someone, or else people will speculate your just receiving money and delivering a promise that will never be reached.
