Anime(s) with the best dub? - Xeero - Oct 8, 2014 Just wondering which animes are of the highest quality dub in terms of voice acting and what not. I think the best dub i've seen is Death Note, I just think that it is really nice, quality voice acting. So whats yours? š¤ * - Angеl - Oct 8, 2014 Full Metal Alchemist, Cowboy Bebop, Hellsing, Black Lagoon. * - Mikoto Urabe - Oct 8, 2014 Darker than black, Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom. Angel beats, Soul Eater, D. Gray man * - NextGenUber - Oct 8, 2014 (Oct 8, 2014 08:09 AM)Mikoto Urabe Wrote: Darker than black, Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom. Angel beats, Soul Eater, D. Gray man When these kinds of questions are asked people always mention Soul Eater. I must be in the minority. I liked the subbed better, thought the dubbed was a little bit corny or something. * - Xeero - Oct 8, 2014 (Oct 8, 2014 08:05 AM)Šngel Wrote: Full Metal Alchemist, Cowboy Bebop, Hellsing, Black Lagoon. Hmm, I've only seen Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, I remember watching a clip of the original and remembering that Al's voice sounded extremely irritating... Not sure, maybe i'll have to check it out again... * - Angеl - Oct 8, 2014 (Oct 8, 2014 08:23 AM)Xeero Wrote: Hmm, I've only seen Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, I remember watching a clip of the original and remembering that Al's voice sounded extremely irritating... Not sure, maybe i'll have to check it out again... I've seen both and I actually found it to be the opposite, Al's voice in Brotherhood made him sound a lot younger and it was extremely whiny. * - Albion - Oct 8, 2014 Death Note and Code Geass for me :) Struggled listening to how weird the original Code Geass voices sounded after hearing such great voices from the dubbed ones... * - Rippin⢠- Oct 8, 2014 No one has said Drangon Ball Z? One of the best dubs by far. * - Soulmate - Oct 8, 2014 (Oct 8, 2014 08:18 AM)NextGenUber Wrote: When these kinds of questions are asked people always mention Soul Eater. I must be in the minority. I'm sure it's supposed to be like that as the whole show is pretty corny and if you understood you'd probably think the same of the original version I think Steins;Gate has a really good dub and the sub seems more sexual. Cowboy Bebop's is really good and I think they got exactly what they wanted with the Space Dandy dub * - Gladly - Oct 8, 2014 Black Lagoon, Cowboy Bebop, Baccano, Samurai Champloo, Spice and Wolf, Hellsing Ultimate, and many, many other shows have great dubs. On the contrary, there are plenty of bad dubs too. * - ā¦Tetā - Oct 8, 2014 Ghost stories has the best English dub lol. * - ā³anny - Oct 8, 2014 Dragonball Z Naruto (I really don't like the anime but when I was little I used to love it) Once Piece Angel beats Cowboy Bebop Spice and Wolf Clannad Those anime have really awesome dubs. * - Lawful Evil - Oct 8, 2014 Spice and wolf is one of the few I really like more dubbed then subbed. I fell in love the the english voice on Holo(horo). * - Tokey - Oct 8, 2014 Ghost Stories Golden Boy Samurai Champloo Welcome to the NHK Cowboy bebop * - Noiz - Oct 8, 2014 Gantz is the only one that comes to mind, subs are master race. |
