I tried using chrome to remove them but everytime i rat myself it's still there

Are you talking about a stealer ? Google Chrome save your passwords to your Google account, hence when you login on a Chrome browser, the saved passwords gets transferred to it. Try to completely uninstall Google Chrome, delete each of its folders then reinstall it, don't login to your Google account and see if you can catch them. Also, stop RAT'ing yourself directly, use a VM.

Are you able to tell from which file is your stealer getting these information from ?
