Emails that I don'y need another email/ phon enumber to sign up - Holt - Oct 10, 2014
Anyone know any email services that offer this? (please do not post 10 minute emails or mailinator)

Are you trying to create a program that creates emails? Or are you just trying to create throwaways?
If you're making throwaways, you can always just use an online SMS service, to receive the verification codes.
If you're using this for other reasons, you could check out: https://www.inbox.com/register/email.aspx
You register a name, email, and a security question / answer.
Then you are asked for an alt email, but this is optional ergo you may skip.
You are then taken to a prompt to choose email plans, you can choose the 5GB plan which is free.
