(Message to Ox68) I hate to post this; I was hoping we could sort this out. But as you're not even responding to me now)
Hi, 0x68 has Scammed me of $1,142 Sent by Western Union.
I was buying his Network Stressing "Company"; for lack of a better word.
The deal was I pay the full amount $1,200 then he would send everything I need but for the past 3 days he has been putting off accepting the last $58. So I said that I will only send him the last $58 when hes ready to send everything to me. (That was at the beginning of them 3 days)
But it's now dawned on me in the grand scheme of things what's $58 if it means you get away with scamming $1,142 by pushing the last bit of the deal back.
I get little to no response when trying to message him on Skype.

I sent him just under £800 GBP around $1,100 USD

I don't recommend at this time doing any business with this user. Not sure what I can really do about this. I will get into contact with Western Union.

0x68 has contacted me on Skype. He has sent over acees to the website hosting. BUT he can't give me access on the site as you guys are DDosing it. namecheap has sent him an email which he has shown me saying that they have temporary disabled the site due to DDOS attacks so please stop the attacks.

Unfortunately I checked his history out to late, he had a few "offers" for his company and I thought nothing of it. Hopfuly my loss will put an end to him doing business on HF

You're a complete idiot for dealing with him despite the abundant amount of valid scam reports; you deserve to lose this money.

You cant really place charges on him. You were trying to buy an illegal stress testing company. Now there is a lot more you can do than placing charges, ofc that would probably result in you not getting your money back.
