A user just confirmed he has copied me.
Do I open a scam report?
Firstly, take a look at my thread.

Notice any similarities? I do.
He copied my entire thread structure, most of my title, my "Not included" my "What is required", my "Payment Proof" (apart from the actual link) and most of my "Packages avaliable"
What can I do in this situation, and is he breaking the rules? Thanks.
He could also be copying my E-Book, many leaks exist.
