Background (desktop)-15$
Logo (I make it, logo and everything)- 15$
Youtube Banner (I need the size, so tell me) - 10$
Signature (HF or any other place you need a signature)- 15$
Profile Pic (Profile picture for any site of your choice)- 10$

Your designs are too "basic". There's not a lot of effort put in them, and many principles of web & graphics designing aren't applied.
Colour matching, proper sizes, typography, usability, readability etc etc...
If you want my honest advice, you should spend some more time working on photoshop before charging for your designs.
