Got Hacked Password changed need Help pls - Xero666 - Oct 15, 2014
Hello HF-User
i got hacked. My old HF Account, my Skype Account and my Email account with al the registrations got hacked.
At HF i tried to get a new password but the email was already changed to something else.
Then i checked Skype and realised that my Name was different and i named myself iTunex i also got an new friend which wanted to trade with iTunex because he contacted him at HF. I myself never did that.
So first i changed my password of skype to an password i never used bevore with capital letters 4 numbers and a special character.
Then i changed the password of my email at WEB to an even more heavy password 5 numbers multiple capital letters and 3 special character.
During 10 minutes the password from skype got hacked because i got logged of and my password was incorrect.
Again i tried to change it but my email was changed also.
Then i wrote an ticket to Skype with all the information i had but i said to them they should contact me at the WEB email adress.
In the evening nothing happened except that i got logged of from my Email at WEB i wanted to log back in but everything changed my contact email adress my password and security questions.
Im in deep trouble because any of the hacked accounts are really worthy for me.
So for now i dont have acess to skype, my real HF account and my Email.
Also im clueless how he was/is able to hack a password which has double special character 5 numbers and mutiple capital letters in such a short time.

Im not sure what ratted mean but i already ran malwarebytes multiple times with no thread found

Ratted means you have a RAT(Remote Administration Trojan or Tool) the user who created the virus stub can pretty much control your computer

The easiest way to remove this is use ur mobile phone or other PC to change passwords and do a clean install of your OS
If you cannot change passwords email support of your mail provider and skype from new adress and tell them what happened and something that can tell them that is true
for example what some email contained or what adresses you mailled some time ago

It looks like you retrived your HF account OP, are your other accounts secure right now ?
