That is, if i were to host it through VPN, would I simply Host it on my comp and then make the virus connect back to it?
And also, how do I make it login without anyone being able to debug it and see the username and pass?

In terms of hosting, yeah you could use a VPN but it's a dumb idea. The reason being is because that VPN would need to support portforwarding any service that allows that is paid. So you might as well pay for a VPS or web host or you could try your luck with a free host.
When it comes to security, the reality is you can't stop someone from viewing the details. It doesn't matter what encryption or obfuscation you use because all the person would have to do is to use a tool like wireshark to view the packets being sent. However, a simple solution is to setup an ftp account that can only upload files and not read, edit or delete files.

Ok, so two new questions:
1. Differance between VPN and VPS is?
2. But then couldn't they upload aswell? Like spam the FTP with useless stuff?

I whould go with tux1's idea.....
Go with a VPS and get a FTP with only upload rights.
That's what im going with so far:p
Missed your second questions....
VPN is something you use to "change" your IP from your real one. VPS is a Server you rent somewhere....Yeah they could upload if they find the info, but you can do so they only can upload in certen times etc... Like from 4-5pm at day it's possible to upload but not else? :)
