He was supposedly going to code a booter source for me and set everything up for a total of $420, he insisted that I paid half the funds to get everything started. I agreed and paid him, shortly after I paid him he decides to go on a hf vacation ban and not answer any of my messages on skype.

He scammed people for months and then tried to claim he was in the right. This time it looks like he scammed multiple people and ran. Sorry about your luck man, make sure to add this to the deal dispute database. We don't want him scamming more people when his six month vacation ban is up.

He scammed alot to, He cant code...
His stresser source and database got leaked once.
He didnt use their own servers, but APIs ...
