Hi Hack Forums,
I'll be providing a lot free Thread Designs and their PSD.
Actually I haven't designed it at all. I have used only one font, which you can download Clicking Here
Please, I haven't focused on text design, You need to do it on your own, I only mentioned what you need to do on the following place.

Not to bash on your design but I have a couple suggestions for you...
First: The text isn't even centered... Really?... You couldn't take a second to center it quick?
Second: Include the full icon pack you used in the DL, or at least link it.
And Finally: You should really do something with the text in my opinion... Right now it's pretty much just 5 rectangles with some text on them. Unless that's the look you're going for I would suggest you make some headers... or some containers... add some texture... drop shadows... play around with some different shapes. At least put filler text in the thread, that alone will make it 10x better.
Just a couple suggestions! It's looking a lot better than my first attempt at designing a thread, keep it up.
