My Question is there any tested tool can disabled captcha on web like 4shared att web and other's that we consumed time and for me it was useless. (sorry for my words)
Last Question, is there any readymade tool or someone can build exe that have capability to do automatically extract ATT ACCOUNTS (name imei etc.) in one click or 4 click only and didint get more time to put 1 by 1 to paste and submit manually on thier web...

I highly doubt it, the captcha is to prevent spam and stuff it's built in to the website.

ah ok sir,so there's no chance to bypass or to submit my request on ATT with captcha disabled.
im looking also the software that can put all accounts then have capability to extract 1 by 1 and my time will not more consume on manual send /COPY/PASTE.

This ain't possible with website's Catchpas. It's a build in function and you'd need access to the server-side codes to bypass it.
In this case you'd have server-access, and I think you're doing more then just bypassing a Catchpa then.
