Part 3 is going to be a mini series, following the end of the manga/anime. It will be revolved around the next generation's youth, though the plot has not been confirmed yet.
But from what I heard, this new mini series is going to be the anime production team's project. So it could be action-packed, it could be one huge filler, we'll never know until it's time. All I know is that it is going to be different than the previous series, mainly because Kishimoto has not made this "after generation" into manga. So it will be done completely by the production team.

Will probably just be extras or like a child arc, I don't see anything unless they wanna squeeze the title out.

I was the only one who submitted a legitimate reply. And it was not the exact same thing, it was more of an "add-on" to what you said.
