Didn't there used to be a rule disallowing steam stealers since they were blackhat? I'm trying to find where Omni said that but I can't. Did I have a bad dream or something?

If we are allowed to sell and distribute RAT's, but not infect other members then why wouldn't Steam Stealers be allowed?

There is no way to tell yet. Omni mentioned about reviewing it, but I haven't seen
anything official come out in the Help Docs or in a post. The only thing that has been
said on the matter, from him is this:

Well I mean
"Steam Gifts
We don't allow selling of Steam games as keys or gifts. You may only sell Steam accounts in the Non-Free Accounts forum in the Marketplace. "
Says here you can sell steam accounts in that section... Not sure if it applies to hacked ones doe.

I see no reason as why Steam Stealers wouldnt be allowed as long as its not anything Black Hat, Also not infecting fellow members intentionally.

There is no possible white hat, or even grey hat application of Steam stealers. The only use is to drain someone's Steam account of valuable items.

I'm reviewing the policy on this. I'm pretty fed up with some of the activity that's becoming more common. I've already shut down threads and warned members. Officially policy isn't set yet but it's coming. So if you have a "Steam Stealer" you're about to get put out of business.
