I need someone to tell me how can I convert psd to html and integrate php?

There's no software to do that, you need to know html, cut and slice the images you need for your site, and integrate it with php for whatever reason you have. Just hard code the html, ain't that hard to learn actually.

You can actually get the CSS properties from Dreamweaver. But you'll still have to know the HTML and integrating PHP will take some practice too. It's not something you can just learn in a day.

there is, and adobe is already developing one this year.

Take a look at CSSHat, not exactly what you're looking for, though give it a try.

The "psd" is only an interpretation of what the coded site should look like. It can be used for reference and to take image elements from.
Get someone who knows html and css (or do it yourself it's not difficult) to create the functioning site.
