Getting webcam video source from local server - PapaBeans - Nov 29, 2014 Hey guys, I am trying to retrieve a video source from my webcam, which is actually my phone that is using 'IP Webcam' application ( android ). It creates a local server on the phone which you can then connect to via web browser. They also have a local driver (which I installed). OBS (open broadcast software) doesn't detect it, nor does VB using Emgu. Yet, skype does. This shows me that the driver is infact working. I have been using skype, but I would like to make my own program that will detect it. I was thinking of just loading it up in a webbrowser, but it won't show for me unless I use java. When I use java it has about a 2 second delay. I am picky, and do not want this. The webbrowser information is here: https://gyazo.com/e3b3564b7b4a6dff5a30593ac1d871e9 ![]() Any help is nice, and appreciated. Thank you.
