[Animated]Circular Progress Bar - Hex Hooves - Dec 3, 2014
I got bored today and decided to create an animated progress bar control.
my original inspiration came from this

however, for my sanity I opted to not do it quite the same.

The "Heath:" text isn't there by default, and you can change what text is displayed in the circle.

Warning, it is a tiny bit of a mess.
Suggestions/Improvements welcome.

I would like to point out that this is my first fully custom control. I did make some fixes a while ago to the NetSeal theme, but this is the first control that I've completely custom created.

On a side note, adjusted the code slightly. It should now use less CPU by only running the Update Task when the control needs updating (animating)
