Reconsider Increased Maximum PM Recipients for 3P1C Ub3rs (5 -> 15) - Oak - Mar 18, 2015

In regards to this suggestion and Omniscient's post here.

With the recent addition of decreased flood time for 3P1C Ub3rs, the functionality for 3P1C Ub3r being a required usergroup combination for different permissions has been implemented. I believe there was confusion in this suggestion last time as I merely hinted at Ub3r, causing it to be denied: "Too much possibility for abuse from a low-cost upgrade."

If 3P1C Ub3r were required, it would provide yet another benefit to early 3P1C adopters that are Ub3r and is barely any different from the decreased flood time in that abuse could be enacted with an identical effect. Either you could send one PM to ten people in one second or you could send two PMs to five people each in two seconds. I have also not seen the decreased flood time abused and I doubt this one would be either, especially for 3P1C Ub3rs. If it were, the same repercussion could be applied: "Abuse of this feature to spam will result in a closed account."

As my previous thread suggested, the increased amount of PM recipients would be beneficial for a wide variety of members, especially group leaders since no group message functionality has been implemented. Increasing it to 15 would be beneficial for 3P1C Ub3rs.

I basically never PM 5 people at a time, but I have done a few times, and I would love to see this.
