EarnHF might do it if he likes it..... HawkHF he may if you pay him or if he likes it. What i'm getting at is if your willing to pay or if someone likes it or you do if yourself.... is probably the only options.
And for me i MAY make it if i'm not too busy, i like it if i finish my work i will give it a go. ;) If you just need help be more descriptive please.

I have psd for it, also i gonna soon create GUI in psd and if u guys like it i will give out to someone code it and release here :)

Great Theme makers of HF avoid using psd in themes instead they do it purely in GDI+ ;)
I will give it a try today eve n will post in tonight.

This.
I rarely use images in themes, with the exception of check marks in checkboxes.
When recreating a theme, the only thing I require is an image of what should be made.

Nice, still need fixes tho and misses groupbox, background color missmatch :)
