Personally dealt with xVuln and I don't think he would scam tbh, seeing how disrespectfull you are in the chatlogs I wouldnt have supported you either.
Wait patiently for him to reply and don't spam him, people got other stuff to do aswell.

Seems legit but you shouldn't have scanned with VirusTotal that makes the RAT even more dectected / less FUD
