This is not made by me, I found it on another forum and wanted to share it with you. I won't awnser questions about this and I don't take credits for this.

Navigate to Edit > Transform > Warp.

This is optional. But if you have a Grunge brush, you can use it as an eraser with a high Opacity and a low Flow value to make the pen look like it's partially worn away.
