Hi... I'm really stuck on what I should do to get the most power ddosing... Should i get a dedicated server or use infected PCs????

It depends on how many of each. Infected PCs are always free to use, but you need a lot of them. Servers cost money and you'll always need to pay more and more when you need more power. I say go with infected PCs just because it's cheaper.

I really agree with this... So okay... now that ive settled this... Can I use an application to handle all the bots or should I create some kinda web interface?...

And then there's the fact that getting a botnet that's powerful requires a lot of fucking time and work and overall isn't worth the effort (my opinion).
I'd rather stick with buying a server and setting up DDoS scripts on them which is far more simple and easier.

You can use a RAT like Dark Comet and manage it there or you can use a cheap vps. Personally I would just use the built-in RAT program.

Depends. You will need the best specs you can get. More specs = more power.
