[tut] how to verify snapchat or any account that needs a phone number - PolarBeats - Dec 21, 2014
i know I'm probably not the first one to post it on here but anyway here you go.
i know there are other ways that involve downloading a texting app
but here is a site that allows texts and calling and you don't even need to register!
here's the link
http://www.decoydigits.com
just copy and paste the number it gives you however you are not the only person to use that number, so i wouldn't suggest having sensitive information being sent to the number.
NOTE: for some reason it doesn't work with gmail
