USA. Looking to pay under 200 for it. Sorry about that, I can get it on ebay for 202 but I have seen it for 170 but it is out of stock everywhere.

I was in the same boat as you're in right now and decided to go with the regular k70. I'm not disappointed in the slightest with my choice.

The K70 RGB is such a nice keyboard, my friend has one and I'm planning on getting one soon. I wasn't aware that they were a limited product. I searched around a bit on Amazon but couldn't find one. Good luck with it man!

Though for the price you're not far off from a custom korean board...
