I was very active on HF, and then left for a few months and my activity has been minimal up until now but what is Ep1c?

Its a 13$ group upgrade that is below l33t and has MAJOR LESS FEATURES.
I'd save up for l33t and not get 3p1c.. the features are humungasly different and its like 5$ difference.
