How to set up a VCW (Includes common VCWs) (Troubleshooting) - Optimized - Dec 31, 2014
Step One
Download This
Step Two
Open Flashplayer_10_sa.exe
Virus Scan
Step Three
Drag your VCW File (usually named EasyVCW-v1.51 or something of the sorts) into the white section of the Flash Player.
Step Four
Download ManyCam
Step Five
Make a scene on manycam, and select a custom area of your screen, now crop around your VCW (girls face).
Step Six
When you're on the application you want your fake camera to work on, for example, skype, select ManyCam Virtual Webcam (or something like that) on the settings, and poof, you've got a realistic looking girl.
Troubleshooting
- If your flash player closes when you drag in your VCW, try the following
- Restart your computer
- Re-download the Flash Player
- Try another VCW
- Update Adobe Flash

- If your VCW is really lagging, when your playing for example 'Wave' make sure that it is the focused window (click the bar at the top).
- If the flash player fails to open, Run it as an administrator, or you can attempt to run it with version compatibility.

VCW Stands for Virtual Cam Whore
What is a VCW?
A flash file, that allows you to run videos at the click of a button, that is lined up with the previous file, This makes it look like a girl's webcam.
How do I make the VCW do what I want?
Each button is labelled with a command, for example, Clicking 'Wave' will play a clip of the girl waving. underneath the button, there is a small progress bar, this shows how long it will take for that video of the girl doing that to take. This is so the transitions between each clip is smooth, if you need it to play quickly, you can click the > > button, directly underneath the VCW video stream.

When I go to download "Step One" it just comes up with a screen with a large M on it and nothing downloads.
