Get a ddos protected VPN , and call your isp to get an ip change if they are still hitting the ip they already got.

How does whoever is DDoSing you keep getting your IP address again after you have changed it?

* - .Hack// - Dec 31, 2014

Here's a few things you can do.

1. Call your ISP and explain the situation. If they say there's nothing they can do, threaten to switch services.
2. An anonymous tip to the FBI never hurt anybody.
3. Get a new Skype, and only give your Skype name to trusted users.
4. Only click familiar links, don't click links from people you don't trust.
5. Start using a VPN of any sort. [censored], Hotspot Shield, etc.

Probably because the OP might be using the same service over and over, such as Skype. Just a maybe though.

There's nothing you can do really until they stop. Happened to me before.

If this is true then the OP is pretty much screwed until they get bored and give up. The only other option would be to stop going back on Skype or XBL or wherever they are getting your IP from and either give it a break for awhile or make a new Skype/XBL etc. account and only give out the details to the people you trust.

Edit: I suppose he could try buying a VPN and then only signing on under the VPN so they don't get your actual IP. You just gotta hope they don't have enough power to bring down the VPN server and then you are good.
