Introduction
So with a little time i got XRPC's to work in vb.net. I did this because its something different, and yes it is working, This should make it extremely easy for new XRPC programmers to code their tools.

Make new people code XRPC tools in vb.net.. really? All you did was connect.. They wont know know how to do anything but that, they wont be able to call anything lol & I swear XNotify with XRPC doesnt work anymore lol Sure you need JRPC

i dont know, it always works for me and ill i do is code XRPC & JRPC tools for people.
XRPC is easier to code, but JRPC is a little harder but more stable.

+ if you aren't adding any actual function to do anything than connect, why are you, if you actual code XRPC tools knowing that people dont even use 80% of tools released, releasing it? Pointless, just saying.
