Hi... Is there any way by which I can achieve that?
For ex:
I just select a word, and it shows up the meaning of it.

I'm not sure if you even do that with Adobe Reader.

No adobe reader does not have that kind of a function. It only has a spell check dictionary for several languages. However you can try a program like this: http://wordweb.info/
