New License with Edward Snowden. - Omniscient - Jan 5, 2015

Here is old license thread with Robust. Which is now amicably dissolved.

A new HackerCraft License is being issued to Edward Snowden. (Peach).

1. License effective January 1, 2015.
2. First 2 months with no fee or payment.
2. $300 per month beginning March 1, 2015 payable the 5th of each month.
3. $100 per month for each additional server running under the hackercraft brand (i.e. jail.hackercraft.net, tekkit.hackercraft.net)
4. You can resell the branded servers at whatever price you wish. I will make appropriate DNS entries for you.
5. You will have no control over HackerCraft.net website but I will list all servers.
6. You will not control the official Twitter but you're welcome to make of your own.
7. Moderator access to the HackerCraft subforum where you'll have limited moderation abilities (delete, junk, stick, close,open).
8. I reserve the right to terminate this licensing agreement with a 30 day email notice or private notice.
9. Server setup and admin will be at your discretion and responsibility.
10. I will require in-game admin access to the server for my own playing and building but will not interfere with players or game play.
11. All previous upgraded members under the Robust license will have the same or a similar upgrade.

When Edward Snowden. agrees to these terms it will be official.

Finally... progress! 🤗
Is this a final declaration meaning the much anticipated HackerCraft award is void or is this still in deliberation?

I'm still trying hard to get Omniscient to consider it but it's his forum his choices. For now I do like if there would be no award to concentrate on the gameplay rather than the "bait". Hope this answered your question.

Awesome, no fee or payment for the first two months. Wow you got Omni on a good mood ;)

* - Detoxicate - Jan 5, 2015

Great news, and I'm glad to see the no payment for 2 months agreement because Robust made that a little difficult for now.

Pretty neat to see this thread. GG peach :D

* - Omniscient - Jan 6, 2015

I have no plans to open up an existing or new HC award.

Great financial proposal Omni, you are a businessman that's for sure.

The best way to make money is to make people make money for you

This is your best term monetarily: $100 per month for each additional server running under the hackercraft brand

Combined with: You can resell the branded servers at whatever price you wish. I will make appropriate DNS entries for you.

I assure you sir, I am far from that.

I work on a non emotional basis reflecting true statements sir.

Are you implying my statements are invalid or false? Please elaborate. 🤝
