IPBooter is one of the strongest free stressers on the web today!, And yes tomorrow aswell. We have integrated api's into our stresser non of that useless shell shit. At the moment we are only supporting 3 concurrent's and Layer 4 methods, Why? Because last time we used layer 7 and unlimited amount of concurrents people were using us to take down websites that were .gov related...
We are unique because we do not support any account login systems, And we are totally free!, It is hard to run a project like this because it is taking money out of my pocket, There may be some down times
