Hi guys!
Recently I have been looking into OMC and trying to get some as I believe it has a real chance of getting somewhere with the awesome developers and Hack Forums backing the coin. So, I was looking into how to acquiring said coin. I set out to find ways and the first thing I thought is, why don't I just sell my netflix accounts for OMC? Surely that will get some buyers, right? Apparently not, it would help if I made a thread buy I'm not uber so I can't. Before this I tried mining and yeah, that went no where fast. Also, some noob (moi) has an integrated GPU and a shit old CPU so no, not a chance of getting any good amount. Yet I'm still really dedicated to getting some more, in my eyes it would be brilliant and being a part of Omnicoin would be nice but from here I don't see any way to get it. Yet this thread wasn't just a rant, not at all, I was looking for help more than anything and turned a bit ranty. So, what would you guys suggest and this could help more people than myself so generalize if you like, it would be nice if this thread din't only help me!

Well, the ways to get your hands on OMC (far as I know):
-Mining, I have no experience in this at all and don't think I'll get into it as it's a laptop killer.
-Accepting as payment, whenever you sell some product or offer service, add OMC as a method of payment, posting in the OMC exclusive market requires you to buy Epic.
since the two methods above doesn't seem to fit you, here are other ways:
-Faucet: http://freeomnicoins.com offers OMC every hour, I've actually got around 2.5k OMC from it (around 50 payments each worth 50 OMC), but it takes time.
-Trading: you can buy OMC at Allcrypt https://www.allcrypt.com/market?id=672#!
-Contests and Giveaways: I've seen couple of those offering OMC, so take a look every now and then, you might be lucky.
Most important note: don't use online wallet, there was an incident when OMC started that caused lots of people to loos tons of OMC. actually this applies to all crypto currencies.

Thank you for the advice but aren't faucets normally shit? I really do appreciate the help though and I've always been against online wallets. There is too many ways to get hacked or the company to get hacked. Does anyone else have any suggestions?

Check out www.freeomnicoins.com . Last time I checked they where a good faucet.

well, usually faucets aren't worth it, but this one seems special, my payments for 2015

Thank you for the responses. They all are good but seem to all have a flaw for me. I'm currently trading on allcrypt now but this method seems slow. Oh well, everything starts slow.

This is a good faucet. Im using the same one, but you know it won't last forever. I am looking to get enough OMC so I can upgrade to Ep3ic.
