Would that be allowed. If I wanted to call somebody out for something that I disagree with or maybe even if they have terrorist mentality would that be acceptable on these forums? Somewhere in General Discussions, maybe the lounge or SRPP.

What if somebody said, "I think all Atheists should be beheaded, deported, in jail or in labour camps", and I made a thread quoting him/her and saying "Shame on you"?

You are not allowed to Flame, Threat, or Harass other members. If you have a problem with another user then just put them on your ignore list.
