So. I am in dire need of someone who could possibly decrypt this. It's a lua script.
That's really all I can say besides that it I've been told it is encrypted 3 times. I believe it starts with base64. If you could help, please pm me. I am willing to pay a small amount.

Hit me up although it could just be a base64'd output of an encryption algorithm.
