Hi guys, so here is the thing, I live in a country where there are a lot of lost or stolen iPhones that are for sale for really cheap, like $20. But the thing is, these are iCloud locked and are basically not usable unless unlocked.
So my question is, is there a way to bypass or remove the lock so the iPhone can work normally?

Unfortunately there isn't. There are lots of people/programs online that claim they can remove the activation lock, which are lies.
